As a Senior IT Systems Engineer (m / f / d) specializing in Workplace, Identity, and Collaboration, you will be an integral part of our distributed Corporate IT team.

Your role is critical in shaping our IT services landscape to enhance workplace efficiency and improve collaboration among all our employees.

The work you do has a direct impact on the satisfaction of our internal customers, which is why we're seeking a dedicated professional with a passion for technology and service excellence.

Your tasks :

• Design, support, and develop Workplace, Identity, and Collaboration services, with a focus on Microsoft 365 applications (Intune / Endpoint Manager, Exchange Online, Teams, Entra ID) and Atlassian (Jira / Confluence).
• Ensure endpoints and associated applications are updated, secure, and functioning seamlessly. This includes managing software portfolios and ensuring compliance with security standards.
• Extend and improve automation processes for user lifecycle management, focusing on onboarding and offboarding efficiency.
• Provide 2nd- / 3rd-level support for our corporate end-users, addressing technical issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to the continuous optimization of our overall service processes to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Plan and execute IT post-merger integrations, ensuring seamless transitions and alignment of IT services across merged entities.

This includes coordinating with cross-functional teams to integrate systems, data, and processes.

Your profile :

Experience : Proven experience in IT system engineering, with a focus on Workplace, Identity, and Collaboration services.

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies is essential. Experience in administration of the Atlassian tool stack (Jira / Confluence) is a plus.

Skills : Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including endpoint management, security, automation, and cloud-based services.

Problem-Solving : Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

Collaboration : Ability to work collaboratively with a distributed team and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Management : Demonstrated ability to independently manage IT projects from start to finish, including planning, execution, and problem-solving, while proactively addressing challenges especially for Post-Merger-Integration projects.

Communication : Effective communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
