Were looking for German-speaking Customer Support & Content Moderation Agents to join our team in sunny Malta.

Role Overview :

  • Customer Support (70%) : Handle customer inquiries and complaints via email and live chat (no phone calls).
  • Content Moderation (30%) : Review marketplace / app content to ensure compliance with guidelines and local laws, fostering a secure online space.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Respond professionally to customer queries.
  • Review and moderate images, accounts, and text-based content.
  • Escalate policy violations and fraud cases.
  • Participate in training and support multiple workflows when needed.
  • Requirements :

  • Languages : Native German and fluent English.
  • Skills : Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • No prior experience required, just a can-do attitude, attention to detail, and a passion for learning.
  • Working Schedule :

  • Rotational shifts : 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM or 3 : 30 PM - 12 : 00 AM (5 days / week).
  • Salary & Benefits :

  • Salary : Competitive
  • Bonuses : Up to 200 every 6 months based on performance.
