Were looking for German-speaking Customer Support & Content Moderation Agents to join our team in sunny Malta.
Role Overview :
- Customer Support (70%) : Handle customer inquiries and complaints via email and live chat (no phone calls).
- Content Moderation (30%) : Review marketplace / app content to ensure compliance with guidelines and local laws, fostering a secure online space.
Key Responsibilities :
Respond professionally to customer queries.Review and moderate images, accounts, and text-based content.Escalate policy violations and fraud cases.Participate in training and support multiple workflows when needed.Requirements :
Languages : Native German and fluent English.Skills : Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).No prior experience required, just a can-do attitude, attention to detail, and a passion for learning.Working Schedule :
Rotational shifts : 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM or 3 : 30 PM - 12 : 00 AM (5 days / week).Salary & Benefits :
