Join us! AERO – partner of Airbus – is a specialized personnel service provider with renowned clients within the aerospace industry. We are currently looking for a Communication Manager (m / f / d) for a leading aircraft manufacturer located in Hamburg.

Your tasks

to contribute to the definition of the Industrial Supply Chain & Digital Operations organisation

to monitor and follow-up the progress oft he roadmap

to perform business management activities fort he platform including harmonisation and design improvement

to work collaboratively with networks

to benchmark and advice leadership on communication strategies

to design and execute team development journeys and workshops for fostering team spirit, teamd dynamics, collaboration, agility and empowerment

Your qualifications

a successfully completed degree in business administration, international management or economics

work experience and knowledge in change management, project management and process management

first application knowledge in SAP and Google Workspace

willingness to travel

business fluent language skills in English and German
