We are looking for a Domiciliation Officer to join the Legal Team .

Your mission will consist in contributing to the legal activities of the company and monitoring the social life of your own portfolio of investment funds (UCITs, AIFs, non-regulated),

Your role

  • Manage corporate secretarial tasks for your portfolio of companies
  • Organize board / shareholders meetings
  • Follow-up on corporate events such as board directorship appointment, removal and renewal
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders (auditors, notaries, banks, etc)
  • Follow-up and organize the signature of legal documents
  • Maintain physical and electronic archives of the company
  • Assist the legal team and support internal processes

Your skills

  • Master or bachelor degree, preferably in Law
  • Between 2 and 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position within Luxembourg fund industry
  • Fluent in spoken / written English and French (mandatory)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organization and communication skills, real team player, eager to learn, to participate actively in projects and to continuously improve yourself
