Project Engineer - Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or Automotive (HBO / WO)

What will you do?

As a Project Engineer, you play a key role in the successful realisation of our projects. You are responsible for technical coordination, managing processes and ensuring quality and progress. You will also work closely with internal and external stakeholders. Your duties include :

• Project management : preparing and monitoring project schedules, budgets and technical specifications. You work closely with fellow engineers, project managers and clients to achieve set goals.
• Technical analysis : translating customer needs into technical solutions and specifications.
• Design and innovation : contribute to the development of technical concepts and systems for heavy vehicles and mobile machines.
• Coordination : act as liaison between customers, suppliers and internal departments.
• Quality assurance : ensuring compliance with norms, regulations and technical standards.
• Advice : you provide strategic advice on technical improvements and innovations, focusing on sustainability and efficiency.
• Commercial responsibility : you ensure a positive customer experience through representation, identify opportunities and contribute to commercial processes. Maintains and expands customer relationships.

Finally, at MST Group we work using the Lean Engineering methodology. Making this your own is something we expect of you as a Project Engineer. But don't worry : we will take you through this extensively from your first working day!
