Job Opportunity : Operations Coordinator

Location : Ingolstadt

Salary : €50,000 per year

Contract Type : Permanent, Full-Time, Office-Based

Are you ready to take on an impactful role in operational management? We are seeking a skilled Operations Coordinator to join our client’s team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to support our client’s operations team in driving department strategies and achieving business objectives.

As an Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining high operational standards across a variety of disciplines, ensuring both soft and hard services are delivered to the highest quality. You will also oversee contracted support teams and manage day-to-day operational activities.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Support outsourced facilities maintenance on-site
  • Drive operational improvement and development initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with all standard operating procedures (SOPs) for defined services
  • Manage general facilities operations to ensure smooth functioning

What We're Looking For :

  • Fluency in English and German
  • Proven experience in technical facilities management
  • Prior experience in managing outsourced services
  • Desirable : Qualification in Facilities Management, a technical trade, or a related field
  • Ability to manage operational budgets and resources effectively
  • Strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to inspire and guide front-line teams
  • Customer-centric approach to tasks and decision-making
  • Agile, responsive, and able to make decisions quickly
  • A self-starter, innovative, and proactive in problem-solving
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
