Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and continuously improve the site's quality management system and GMP compliance.
  • Oversee regulatory compliance for all GMP-relevant processes, ensuring alignment with internal and external standards.
  • Lead the qualified market release of manufactured medicinal products.
  • Develop robust, efficient quality procedures to support timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Collaborate closely with the Global Quality Unit and cross-functional teams.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the QA team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Manage the QA budget and ensure efficient resource allocation.

    • Your Profile

  • University degree in pharmacy or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in quality assurance within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven track record in managing large teams.
  • Strong knowledge of national and international GMP guidelines and regulations.
  • Analytical thinker with excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
