Position Summary :

The Valet Supervisor will lead a team of valet attendants, ensuring high-quality service, efficient operations, and compliance with company policies and German regulations. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise and manage a team of valet attendants, including scheduling and performance monitoring.
• Ensure all vehicles are handled with care and parked / retrieved efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Train new team members on procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations.
• Maintain accurate records of service transactions, reports, and staff performance.
