As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative graphical concepts for Red Bull TV’s multiplatform channels. Collaborating closely with Art Directors, Producers, and Project Managers, you will craft visually striking format packages that align with the RBTV Corporate Identity and Content Strategy. Leveraging your broad skillset in visualization techniques and your collaborative mindset, you will challenge creative boundaries, drive innovation, and contribute to delivering the Red Bull Universe across multiple platforms.

Job Description

Develop and Realize Designs

In this role, you will create and implement designs that align with creative objectives while strengthening our channel and brand strategy. You will work within given guidelines while continuously pushing creative boundaries to deliver innovative and visually compelling results.

Cooperate with Creative Teams and Clients

You will collaborate closely with the Motion Design team, Art Directors, Producers, and Project Managers to develop concepts and designs. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating graphic templates to streamline workflows and ensure consistency across projects for both internal teams and external clients.

Take Initiative

You will proactively drive projects forward, delivering innovative solutions within deadlines. Presenting and articulating your design vision to stakeholders will be a key aspect of your role, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and creative excellence.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Motion Graphics Design with a strong portfolio showcasing conceptual and technical expertise

Fluent in English with additional languages considered an advantage

Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Maxon Cinema 4D with additional knowledge of Adobe CC applications or Unreal Engine as a plus

Strong creative and conceptual skills with the ability to develop innovative visual solutions aligned with brand identity and content strategy

Excellent communication and collaboration skills working effectively with Art Directors Producers and Project Managers

Additional Information

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is €2.303 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
