Role & responsibilities
- Supervising a portfolio of projects and products and ensuring its alignment with strategic objectives
- Operationally monitor the main components of projects and products (scope, budget, schedule, risks)
- Communicating regular reports on project progress to management and the relevant stakeholders
- Writing and monitoring calls for tender for external services
- Identifying, assessing and monitoring the risks associated with IT projects and products
- Identifying, assessing and monitoring GDPR aspects associated with IT projects and products
- Contributing to the supervision of production deployments (change management)
- Coordinating the resolution of incidents (incident management)
Your profile
Minimum degree required : BAC + 4 / 5 in IT, project management or economics / management (Master)At least 3 years of experience in project management or PMOWritten and spoken fluency in English and French. Knowledge of Luxembourgish and German will be considered as an assetVery good command of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Scrum). Certification will be considered an assetA previous experience in the financial sector will be considered as an assetAbility to work autonomously and in a teamProactive, rigorous and methodologicalExcellent drafting skills, as well as good analytical synthesis and communication skillsThe successful candidate (m / f) will be hired as public employee (“employé de l’Etat”) under a permanent contract. If the candidate meets the required conditions, s / he will be asked to apply for admission to the status of civil servant (“fonctionnaire de l’Etat”).
Prior to the conclusion of the contract, the candidate must submit an extract from the criminal record (bulletin n°3), dated less than 2 months, in order to prove their conduct and integrity.
