We are looking forward to take a new role in CDI as a Junior Helpdesk Level 1 / 2 - in Luxembourg.
The company is looking for someone who already has a first experience in user's support. You will have the opportunity to evolve in this company.
Your Responsibilities as Junior Helpdesk Level 1 / 2 :
- You provide support to users on call and on site.
- You carry out duties in compliance with established protocols.
- You install, set up, and troubleshoot software and hardware on computers in accordance with user requirements.
- You manage licences.
- You update and document processes.
- You maintain a degree of customer satisfaction and efficiently handle problems to ensure a great user experience.
Your Profile :
You have a first year of experience in support and want to improve your skills.You must be fluent in German (Mandatory) and French is an asset.You already worked on MS Office and Windows.You are a curious and a good communicator.If you are interested by this role, do not hesitate to apply.
