Software Engineer, Full-Stack - Platform Team

The Opportunity

To achieve our ambitious goals, we’re looking for Full Stack Software Engineers to join our engineering teams.

Superhuman's engineers and researchers have the freedom to innovate and uncover breakthroughs—and, in turn, influence our product roadmap. In this role, you will :

• Build and maintain development tools that empower Superhuman’s builders to create feature code more efficiently and effectively.
• Work as part of an internal Platform team, working with Developer Experience and Tools, helping to propagate best development practices across the company through tooling, or Release Engineering, focused on building and maintaining the company’s CI / CD infrastructure.
• Contribute to an engineering culture with a strong emphasis on documentation, testing, and user experience.
• Collaborate closely with internal customers to identify pain points, gather requirements, and deliver impactful tools that streamline engineering workflows.
• Champion platform philosophy and actively contribute to shaping the team’s approach and priorities.
• Work in a collaborative environment in Berlin, ensuring knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team.
• Have the opportunity to be mentored and become a mentor.
