Core responsibilities :

• Lead and execute the end-to-end digital and e-transformation strategy.
• Champion digital innovation to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Drive the development, optimization, and lifecycle management of digital customer facing tools (apps, web, webselfcare).
• Own the performance and evolution of marketing automation and CRM platforms.
• Empower teams, ensure cross-functional collaboration, and foster a digital mindset.
• Oversee digital budgets, partnerships, and the delivery of high-impact projects.
• Monitor results, report on KPIs, and implement continuous improvements.
