Few&Far is working with a bootstrapped startup in Germany who are fully profitable and taking the German and US market by storm with their Data Platform that allows their clients to look into their customer data and make better decisions on their marketing spend.

They are looking for a Founding Customer Success Manager to help them increase Customer Activation and Customer Satisfaction measured through usage metrics and NPS by providing fast knowledgeable support, streamlined onboarding and building an extensive self-serve help base.

What you will be doing;

  • Handling the onboarding of new customers and improving upon the existing process
  • Actively reaching out to customers to increase activation and feature adoption
  • Routing inbound requests, handling expectations and keeping co-workers accountable
  • Collecting feedback and making it actionable to improve the product
  • Writing new help articles for recurring questions
  • Solving marketing-related questions without the help of the data team
  • Help members of our engineering team with their technical challenges

What you will need;

  • You've spent 2+ years as a Customer Success or Account Manager in SaaS or agency settings, helping clients maximize value from your software or service
  • Ideally, you have worked for a marketing agency or have a good understanding of data
  • You understand the digital marketing landscape intuitively - from growth strategies to tech stacks, you see how different pieces work together to drive success
  • You enjoy solving problems step by step - analyzing feedback and data to reach sound conclusions that help our customers get better results
  • You're naturally organized and reliable, skillfully managing multiple relationships and keeping all the plates spinning without dropping any
  • You communicate confidently in both German and English, adapting your style to make complex marketing concepts clear and actionable for clients
