Your Job :

• As a Sales Administrator , you’ll play a key role in supporting our regional sales and partner teams. You’ll help optimise processes, improve data quality, and deliver the insights that drive smarter decisions and sustainable growth.
• You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to streamline workflows and enable our teams to perform at their best.
• You manage and optimise CRM data, ensuring accuracy and visibility across the sales cycle.
• You produce clear, timely reports on pipeline, performance, and forecasting.
• You support new team members with onboarding and system training.
• You coordinate between departments to improve quote-to-order and reporting efficiency.
• You identify process improvements and support key projects that increase operational effectiveness.
• You analyse sales trends and performance metrics to highlight risks or opportunities.
• You handle internal and partner queries professionally and efficiently.
