We are looking for you to support our HR team in Hamburg as soon as possible.

In close cooperation with our Talent Acquisition & Learning Business Partner you will be responsible for the following tasks :

Take responsibility : Support the TA & Learning Business Partner in day-to-day recruitment and learning activities
Be highly influential : Pre-selection of new applications in close cooperation with the TA team and Hiring Managers
Show commitment : Support in the coordination of interviews, communication with applicants and follow-up of interviews. Be the point of contact between the Shared Service Center for Learning and the participants
Be international : Support with the creation of (bi-lingual) contracts, the follow-up documents and the HR onboarding process
Create a network : Support in acquiring potential candidates via social media such as Linkedin and Xing

Your qualifications :

Ongoing business studies in the field of economics or psychology.

Ideally first experience in human resources and recruitment.

Confidence in using common MS Office applications.

Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken.

Independent and solution-oriented work style as well as very good communication skills.
