This role requires a blend of analytical skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with various teams including own Retail, Sales, Controlling and Supply Chain interfaces. What you can expect :
- Develop and maintain accurate NOS demand forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and sales insights.
- Collaborate with our own RET and sales teams to align forecasts with business objectives.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Develop strategies to manage seasonal and promotional inventory fluctuations.
- Work with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely product availability.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer behaviour to refine demand forecasts.
- Generate regular reports on forecast accuracy, inventory levels, and sales performance.
- Identify risks and opportunities within the NOS demand plan and recommend actionable solutions.
- Lead cross-functional meetings to review demand forecasts and align on action plans.
- Communicate demand planning strategies and changes to relevant stakeholders.
- Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
- Continuously improve demand planning processes and tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in demand planning and inventory management.
