Become part of our team of more than 19.000 employees worldwide and shape your future at HUGO BOSS!The Global NOS Demand Planning Manager will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing stock demand planning strategies to ensure optimal inventory levels and maximize sales opportunities. This role requires a blend of analytical skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with various teams including own Retail, Sales, Controlling and Supply Chain interfaces. What you can expect :

  • Develop and maintain accurate NOS demand forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and sales insights.
  • Collaborate with our own RET and sales teams to align forecasts with business objectives.
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
  • Develop strategies to manage seasonal and promotional inventory fluctuations.
  • Work with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely product availability.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer behaviour to refine demand forecasts.
  • Generate regular reports on forecast accuracy, inventory levels, and sales performance.
  • Identify risks and opportunities within the NOS demand plan and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Lead cross-functional meetings to review demand forecasts and align on action plans.
  • Communicate demand planning strategies and changes to relevant stakeholders.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  • Continuously improve demand planning processes and tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in demand planning and inventory management.

Your profile :

  • Finished apprenticeship or university degree
  • Relevant professional experience (1-3 years)
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
  • Strong negotiation skills as well as strong conceptual thinking
  • Strong communication skills and global networking
  • Competent handling of MS Office (in particular Excel and Powerpoint) and SAP (AFS / RETAIL)
  • Ability to think and react in a high-energy.
  • Team-oriented
  • Fluent in English
