Our partner is a renowned organisation active in corporate and fiduciary services, well-established in Luxembourg and supported by an international network. With a workforce of roughly 100 to 200 professionals, the group has expanded gradually through strategic acquisitions and long-term development plans.

The Luxembourg branch offers a modern and well-equipped workspace, along with an environment that combines technical excellence with a strong people-oriented culture. Due to ongoing growth and the desire to further reinforce the internal accounting setup, the company is now looking to appoint an Accounting Manager who will play a key role in supporting the finance department and future organisational needs.

Your Responsibilities | Fiduciary – Accountancy – Tax – PFS – Finance

• Supervise daily accounting activities and ensure accurate and timely period-end closings.
• Prepare and review annual accounts under Lux GAAP , and occasionally under IFRS.
• Manage VAT returns, tax declarations , and required regulatory submissions, as well as NAV reporting.
• Coordinate annual audits and implement recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Guide, coach, and oversee a small team, ensuring high standards and efficient workflows.
• Contribute to enhancing internal procedures and strengthening internal controls.
