Accounts Payable Accountant (M/F/X)

Manpower is looking for an Accounts Payable Accountant for a client specialized in the digital and entertainment industry, located in Luxembourg.

You will join an international finance team and play a key role in ensuring accurate, complete, and timely payment processing worldwide.

Your missions:

• Monitor invoice reception through the internal application system


• ???????Prepare and process payments by currency


• Ensure payments are successfully executed and not blocked or frozen by banks


• Guarantee zero missing or delayed payments, with a strong focus on accuracy and completeness


• Reprocess bounced back payments and manage off-cycle payments


• Validate payments and ensure their accuracy


• Manage a high volume of worldwide queries in a structured and methodical way


• Participate in closing activities, including:

    Intercompany payment processing

    Month-end closing duties

• Handle ad-hoc and critical processes when required


• ???????Work with various accounting tools and systems in a digital environment


• Use Office tools extensively, especially Excel

Your profile:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable / Supplier Accounting


• ???????Strong accounting knowledge and ability to work autonomously


• Very good command of English, both written and spoken (bilingual is a strong plus)


• Comfortable in an international and fast-paced environment


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail


• Ability to manage priorities and high volumes of operations


• Advanced Excel skills and good digital agility


• Reliable, rigorous, and able to take ownership of your scope
