Job Description

  • Drive ongoing development and continuous improvement of our marketing activities across all channels, both online and offline
  • Create and operate a wide range of marketing content and materials, including product and customer presentations, brochures, articles, white papers, marketing samples, etc
  • Ensure brand consistency and integrity across all marketing materials and communications
  • Oversee the development, enhancement, and maintenance of the company website and social media presence, particularly on LinkedIn
  • Organize and execute exhibitions and conferences to showcase our products and company capabilities
  • Manage relationships with external suppliers, including agencies, booth builders, printers, and other marketing service providers
  • Monitor and manage the marketing budget to ensure effective allocation of resources
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management and sales, to align marketing efforts with company goals and overall business objectives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media / Graphic Design, or a related field or comparable experience
  • Experience in B2B marketing, ideally in the medical device or healthcare industry
  • Profound experience organizing exhibitions
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, formal training in graphic design is a plus
  • Familiarity with CMS and CRM platforms; experience with Typo3 and Salesforce is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both German and English
