Job Description
PROGRAM AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT
As an IT Security Professional you can leverage your project management expertise to guide and contribute to cross-functional security initiatives.
Your proficiency in steering projects with a focus on security vulnerabilities will play a vital role in reinforcing our digital stronghold.
IT GOVERNANCE AND POLICY DEVELOPMENT
You will play a central role in the formulation of IT governance and policies. Your mastery in crafting security strategies will aid in aligning our practices with industry benchmarks and best practices, establishing a resilient security framework.
SECURITY ROADMAP DEVELOPMENT
In this role you collaborate closely with our team to shape a forward-thinking security roadmap. Your strategic foresight will map the trajectory for our upcoming security endeavors, ensuring we are thoroughly equipped to confront evolving threats.
Qualifications
Evident experience in defining and implementing concepts (e.g., governance or management systems, reference architecture) in the area of digital security or internal control systems
Excellent knowledge of digital security standards, good practice, concepts, protocols, and principles and how to apply these in practice (beyond audit and paperwork)
Ability to abstract and maintain a holistic architecture for digital security and translate its implications for a pragmatic implementation and operation
English is a prerequisite; German is a big asset
A winning personality with excellent communication skills for engaging effectively with stakeholders across all IT teams
Strong analytical and problem solving skills, particularly related to identifying and mitigating security risks to maintain reliable services
Demonstrate a strong commitment to ongoing professional development and learning and stay updated with the latest security threats, vulnerabilities, and industry trends
Additional Information
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,229 gross per month.
However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
