OneTrust Implementation Consultant
We are looking for a full-time OneTrust Implementation Consultant to join our consulting team. You will be responsible for implementing OneTrust solutions for our clients, including the configuration and management of OneTrust workflows, integration with third-party systems, and providing training and support to clients.
You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.
Responsibilities include :
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of OneTrust, covering privacy, security, and data governance, ensuring timely, scoped delivery.
- Serve as the main client contact, managing relationships, gathering requirements, and delivering tailored OneTrust solutions.
- Configure custom workflows, integrations, and policies within OneTrust based on client privacy and compliance needs.
- Collaborate with legal, IT, and data protection teams; mentor junior consultants and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
- Stay updated on OneTrust features, privacy regulations, and industry trends to improve client services.
- Set up automated privacy assessments (e.g., DPIAs) and configure Incident Response for data breaches.
- Assist in configuring Data Subject Rights (DSAR) and Vendor Risk Management processes.
- Customize Policy and Notice Management for current privacy policies and advise on Cookie Compliance.
- Train clients on OneTrust modules and offer best practices for ongoing global privacy compliance.
Required Experience
- 2 years+ of experience implementing OneTrust
- Experience in implementing OneTrust Privacy modules, with a focus on the PIA &DPIA and Data Mapping Automation modules
- Experience in implementing OneTrust’s GRC and Ethics is favourable
- Solid knowledge of privacy regulations, including GDPR and industry best practices
- Strong communication skills, ability to provide expert advice and guidance to our clients
- Demonstrated ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proactive problem solver, strong analytical skills addressing challenges with efficient solutions
About You
- Fluent in English and an additional language.
- Fluent in German is preferable.
- Professional certifications in OneTrust or privacy management is a plus
- Collaborative team player, working effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Client-focused, building strong relationships and delivering tailored solutions
- Adaptable in fast-paced environments, adjusting approaches as needed
- Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in implementation and support
- Excellent time management, handling multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
Location
This role is for a full-time position, based in London, DACH or remotely in the EU.
