As our new Teamlead Influencer Marketing (Partner Management) DACH, you will Leading a team responsible for managing and developing the influencer portfolio, consisting of more than 500 influencers, across various channels such as Discord, email and other means of communication.

You will have a variety of tasks with us, as supporting existing partners in creating relevant content for our target audience and planning unique activities in collaboration with them.

And you will also be responsible for Negotiating deals and contracts with streamers and YouTubers, both in acquiring new and maintaining existing partnerships.

In addition to supporting the implementation of automation projects to improve partner support, including process optimization and implementation of tools, you will also ensure quality through continuous tracking, monitoring and reporting of existing deals and identify optimization potential.

You will also be responsible for tracking team performance and optimizing existing processes. As well as the independent conceptualization and implementation of social media measures in close coordination with the marketing department to increase the reach and engagement of influencers and strengthen the brand presence.

We will give you a lot of creative freedom as well as the opportunity to develop professionally, e.g. by familiarizing yourself with new technologies.

Of course, we will also support you with intensive training by your colleagues and want to advance the design of the coolest and most promising platform for game server management together with you.

• experience with the Pipedrive sales tool or comparable tools
