Overview of tasks :

Back-office support only

Taking over general administrative tasks

Provide online support for specific cases

Achieving and ensuring quality standards

We are looking for :

Fluent in Kurdish (Kurmanji and Sorani) written and spoken, and a minimum B2 of English

Valid work permit for Germany or EU citizenship

Availability to complete up to 4 weeks full time training.

Affinity with back office services

Reliable and efficient way of working
