Your responsibilities :
- Provide strategic advice to management on a wide range of corporate legal matters, both domestically and internationally.
- Oversee corporate law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and corporate governance, ensuring compliance with all related activities.
- Support the supervisory board, maintain shareholder relationships, and manage corporate policies.
- Act as a trusted advisor to colleagues and team members within your area of expertise.
- Collaborate closely with external law firms and consultants.
- Conduct employee training to promote awareness and understanding of legal matters.
Requirements :
Fully qualified lawyer with excellent academic achievements.A minimum of two years of professional experience in corporate law, either in private practice or as in-house counsel, ideally in an international context.Outstanding communication skills combined with professionalism and strong analytical abilities.A proactive problem solver with exceptional attention to detail.Fluent in both German and English , with business-level proficiency.A collaborative team player with a positive, solution-oriented mindset.What We Offer :
