Overview We have a requirement for a Site Administrator for large scale Construction Projects in the Frankfurt region.

Responsibilities Your tasks will be to provide:
- Administrative support to the project teams on the construction site
- Onboarding of new employees, including scheduling and document management
- Administration and issuance of construction site IDs and access cards
- Coordination of appointments, meetings, and internal consultations
- Summary note taking
- Structured documentation in a GMP-regulated environment
- Communication with internal and external stakeholders, international project participants
- Supporting project managers, site managers, and specialist departments in the dynamic day-to-day project environment
- Working with project-specific front sheets and standard pharmaceutical documentation standards
- Ensuring smooth administrative processes in a fast-paced project environment with changing priorities
- Issue Project Documents electronically.
- Office/Site management
- Procuring/organizing office stationary, supplies and safety equipment
Qualifications Your profile
- Completed commercial/administrative studies or apprenticeship or comparable qualification
- Pharmaceutical or life science industry experience is a +
- Fluent in German and English
- Strong organizational skills, structured approach to work, and ability to work under pressure
- Routine experience in dealing with administrative processes and documentation procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – including occasional direct communication within the international project team
- High reliability and enjoyment of a role involving a lot of interface work
- Friendly, positive and flexible attitude to work
- Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills
- Excellent computer skills (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Visio)
- Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage
