The role is based in Munich, Germany and allows for a flexible home office arrangement. What the job involves

• Lead and manage all aspects of financial operations, epassing accounting, controlling, reporting, taxes,pliance, risk management, and administration
• Contribute to the development of financial strategies and long-term financial planning
• Provide insights and rmendations to optimize fund performance
• Oversee the preparation and delivery of budgets, forecasts, and monthly management accounts
• Create monthly reports for portfoliopanies, as well as investor reports
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Evaluate KPIs at the portfoliopany and at fund level
• Take responsibility for cash flow and liquidity management
• Supervise all payments and ensure the appropriate allocation of costs
• Handle all taxation matters, including VAT, corporation tax, and other fiscal matters, collaborating with advisers to ensure the most efficient tax structures are in place
• Supervise the annual audits for all group entities
• Manage data maintenance for portfoliopanies
• Assist in investor relations matters, ensuring transparentmunication with investors and handling ad hoc investor inquiries, as well as participating in fundraising activities
• Manage various administrative matters, such as payroll, HR, and other payments
• Ensurepliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Monitor and ensure adherence to ESG processes and reports ( SFDR)
• Continuously develop and optimize internal processes and structures
• Act as a contact person for portfoliopanies regarding selected financial matters
• Serve as a main point of contact for external service providers, such as auditors, tax consultants, and banks

Who we are looking for

• University degree in finance, business administration, or related disciplines
• Significant relevant work experience in a finance / controlling position within the finance function of a PE / VC fund
• Experience in creating financial statements
• Prior exposure to risk management andpliance is wee
• Outstanding accounting and controlling capabilities
• Excellent MS Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of regulatory matters, including Bafin and GWG, is beneficial, as well as experience within fully regulated funds
• Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to work
• Proactive and hands-on approach, accustomed to working independently, with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Team player with an open-minded personality
• Strongmunication and presentation skills, with fluency in both German and English
