The role :
Recruitment and Onboarding :
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and assisting with new employee orientation and onboarding.
Employee Records Management :
Maintain employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations. This might involve both physical and digital record-keeping.
Benefits Administration :
Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
This may involve assisting employees with enrollment, answering benefits-related questions, and liaising with benefit providers.
HR Policies and Procedures :
Help ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, including assisting with policy development, dissemination, and enforcement.
This may also involve answering employee questions about company policies.
Employee Relations :
Assist in managing employee relations issues, such as conflicts or grievances.
This might involve conducting initial investigations, documenting incidents, and providing support to employees and managers.
Training and Development :
Coordinate training sessions and development programs for employees.
This could include scheduling training sessions, tracking attendance, and evaluating training effectiveness.
HR Reporting :
Prepare HR reports and analytics for management, including metrics related to recruitment, turnover, and other HR-related KPIs.
Compliance :
Assist with ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations, including record-keeping requirements, reporting, and audits.
General Administrative Support :
Provide general administrative support to the HR department, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
