Team Structure :

Direct Team : Works with a small marketing team (direct collaboration with 2 colleagues).

Reporting Line : Reports directly to the Head of Marketing.

Collaboration : Regular interaction with colleagues in marketing and external agencies.

KPIs & Performance Metrics :

Content Continuity : Ensuring a regular and strategic content calendar.

SEO Improvement : Achieve increased Google visibility and overall site performance.

Tasks

1) Keyword Research & Analysis :

Conduct indepth keyword research and identify traffic potential.

Optimize website content meta tags headers and internal linking (onpage SEO).

2) SEO Optimization :

Manage backlinks and external linking strategy (offpage SEO).

Ensure technical SEO standards are met including load times mobile optimization and crawling (with external service providers).

3) Content Development :

Develop and execute content strategies aimed at engaging users and search engines.

Create and optimize product descriptions and other web content in collaboration with marketing.

4) Technical SEO :

Collaborate with external agencies and technical teams to ensure technical SEO improvements.

Monitor website performance using tools like Sistrix and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.

5) Collaboration & Reporting :

Work closely with the marketing team to ensure the effectiveness of SEO strategies.

Report on KPIs such as Google rankings traffic growth and content performance.

Requirements

MustHave Skills :

Proficiency with Typo3 CMS (or any other CMS) and various SEO Tools (e.g. Sistrix Google Analytics).

Ability to independently create and implement content strategies.

Experience in onpage SEO optimization (meta tags internal linking etc.).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proven success in SEO projects with measurable results.

Familiarity with B2B marketing and offpage SEO strategies.

Prior experience in content planning for hightech sectors like autonomous driving.

Knowledge of SEO best practices and web analytics.

Experience Required :

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in SEO and online marketing.

Strong understanding of web analytics tools and SEO software.
