Liner Operations Coordinator (m / f / d)
for our subsidiary Diamond Line GmbH, which is responsible for our European Feeder Operations.

Key Responsibilities :
- Negotiate off-hire and / or space compensation with partners, ensuring alignment with existing agreements.
- Maintain close communication with Stowage / Vessel Planners for our operated vessels to maximize loading capacity and optimize schedules for the benefit of Diamond Line.
- Inform Marketing and Agencies proactively of any loading restrictions (move count, draft, berth stay limits).
- Liaise with vessels during unplanned events to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with Pricing, Trade, Commercial, and Equipment Teams to drive communication and cooperation.
- Lead seasonal contingency planning to mitigate risks and optimize capacity.
- Ensure global compliance with standard processes, following up where necessary.
- Share load forecasts and verify space availability with partners, ensuring optimal utilization.
- Monitor and alert teams of over or underutilization of Diamond Line’s load capacity.
- Achieve utilization targets, prioritizing full loads and coordination with equipment control teams.
- Produce detailed weekly, monthly, and yearly statistics by port and destination to track load factors and space utilization.
- Analyze and forecast cargo flow, setting yield acceptance levels with Commercial and Marketing Teams.
- Implement trade and commercial priorities as determined by the Trade, Commercial, and Marketing Departments.
Qualifications :
Experience in International Trade, Transport, or Logistics.Previous experience in the shipping or logistics sector is a plus.Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.Proficient in IT tools, especially Excel, Power BI, and Power Automate.Excellent interpersonal skills, strong analytical abilities, and a proactive attitude to anticipate and address challenges.If you meet these qualifications and are ready to embark on a rewarding career journey with Diamond Line GmbH, we invite you to apply today.
