HR Specialist (mfd)

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
• Proven experience in an HR role preferably as an HR Specialist HR Generalist or similar.
• Knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with HRIS systems is an advantage.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Language skills : German (native) English (fluent).
