Tasks

They will mainly work on a project that investigates the effect of living space design on user comfort and behaviour in collaboration with participants. The experiments are to be conducted between July and October by the Healthy Living Spaces working group from Aachen on the premises of the Living Lab NRW in Wuppertal. The internship includes the possibility to accompany the preparations and the analysis of the experiments.

The tasks during the preparation until July include

Support in setting up the questionnaires in SoSci Survey (remote possible)
Preparation of the experiments in the Living Lab (in Wuppertal) Tasks during the analysis include
Support with statistical analysis of the participant data (remote possible)

In addition, you will also support our multidisciplinary team on other interesting projects with your psychological knowledge and perspectives.

Profile

You are a student in Psychology with

Strong background in basic empirical research methods and data analysis

Preferable :

Experience with SoSci SurveyExperience in programming with R or python

Interest for interdisciplinary research

For foreign students : valid residence certificate, work permit, registration certificate
