TheClinical Workflow Manager (CWM) - Bioprocessing  isresponsible for Driving the integration ofCytiva technologies by targeting drugs in clinical development. Thegoal is to secure specifications in key growth areas, with aprimary focus on new and early-stage molecules, as well asdefending Cytiva platforms in high-potentialmarkets.

Thisposition reports to the Global Growth and Sales effectivenessleader and is part of the Bioprocess commercial organization working remotely to cover EMEA .

Whatyou will do :

• Develop newcustomer relationships within assigned territories and customersegment through proactive prospecting and qualification ofspecification opportunities.
• Qualifycustomer needs with a focus on target molecules in preclinical,phase 1, and phase 2 of molecule development, using aworkflow-centric approach.
• Deeplyunderstand customer strategies, challenges, and operationalprocesses. Acting as a Process Development Subject MatterExpert (SME) both internally andexternally
• Define and coordinatethe Workflow Strategic Action Plan to secure specifications andbroaden Cytiva’sbreadth
• Collaborate with AccountManagers (AM), Sales Specialists (SS), and Field ApplicationSpecialists (FAS) for technical support to meet customer andprocess developmentrequirements.
• Initiate and manageDesign-In projects within SFDC. Fostering cross-functional,modality, and OpCo collaboration throughout the sales cycle toaddress customer needs.
• Provide feedbackto commercial teams on market trends, competitive threats, unmetneeds, and new opportunities to enhance value by expanding thecompany’s offerings.
• Identify Gen2 PDopportunities, flag any at-risk workflows / platforms, and coordinatewith the account team to defend criticalplatforms.
