At our headquarters in the northern suburbs of Hamburg, we have over 70 employees who develop and produce innovative and sustainable humidifiers and humidification systems, which we distribute worldwide. As a member of the CAREL Group, we utilize and support the international exchange of knowledge and participate in the group's network of sales, service, and production facilities.

Our devices and systems are used wherever air humidity is crucial for well-being, hygiene, or product quality. In addition to other applications, this includes ventilation and air conditioning systems for office buildings, hospitals, data centers, and warehouse and production buildings in many industrial sectors, as well as the wellness and spa sector.

Areas of responsibility

Your main tasks

You will be primarily responsible for developing new device and system controls as well as optimizing and developing new calculation and design programs to support sales. Specifically, this includes :

• Coordinating and managing software projects in the department
• Analyzing, defining, and independently developing software solutions for the development of new device and system controls and the support of existing ones
• Programming controls and display interfaces using VB.NET / Visual Studio / ST programming
• Testing of functionalities on modern HW and SW test stations
• Collaboration with agile international project teams (headquarters)
• Creation of technical documents for documentation
• Training and education of colleagues and customers in Germany and abroad
• 2nd-level support for our customers and service partners
