Sales Consultant - Tech Business Development

Youll work with outbound and inbound channels like phone, email, and LinkedIn, building relationships, identifying customer needs, and closing smaller deals independently. Start Date: 02/02/2026 Full-time | Berlin | Mon–Fri, 9:00–17:00 Languages: German (C1) + English (B2) Salary: €3,100 gross/month + up to €700 bonus every month Your Responsibilities Reach out to potential customers and partners via phone, email, and LinkedIn . Identify and qualify leads by understanding their needs and readiness to buy. Present digital solutions clearly, showing value and tailoring your approach. Run outbound campaigns to grow a strong sales pipeline . Close smaller sales opportunities or hand over larger deals efficiently. Keep accurate records in CRM systems (Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft). What You Bring Youre a great fit if you: Speak German (C1) and English (B2) fluently. Have B2B tech sales experience Work independently, stay organized, and manage your time well. Are a communication talent , engaging customers with confidence and charm. Enjoy sales , persuasion, and helping customers find the right solutions. Can work with CRM databases and technical tools. Are motivated to learn and grow continuously .
