- Ability to communicate well in written and verbal English,
- Excellent organizational and time management skills,
- Result oriented and prone to teamwork,
- Having analysis and reporting skills,
- Having no travel restrictions.

- Relevant experience in Automotive, Energy, Medical, Blockchain, or Industry 4.0.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Prospect and identify new business opportunities through strategic outreach, networking, and market research,
- Determine target sectors and customers inline with company strategies,
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to penetrate key opportunities and new markets,
- Engage with clients, prospects, and referral sources through proactive outreach initiatives such as calls, meetings, events, and participation in business organizations,
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients to promote company products / services,
- Perform competitor analysis and establish pricing policies,
- Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activity, and prospects,
- Perform regular Follow-up calls and emails with potential customers,
- Actively lead the proposal activities and tendering process for bids, providing guidance for execution methodology, market pricing and customer expectations,
- Tracking the conversion of offers into sales, managing the contract process,
- Managing the sales funnel to optimize the customer journey from first contact to purchase,
- Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to create upsell and cross-sell opportunities,
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with existing customers to understand their needs and offer customized solutions,
- Identifying new business opportunities through contact with new departments within current clients,
- Support Project Management team at upsell and cross-sell processes,
- Provide exceptional after-sales support and gather client feedback,
- Becoming the voice of the customer for R&D Projects,
- Analyzing sales and customer performances according to Proven Technologies’ revenue and strategic goals, track and analyze key performance metrics to make data-driven decisions and adjust strategies accordingly,
- Provide regular reports and updates on new business development activities and pipeline progress.
- Find the most efficient international marketing channels to promote the company and its services and products,
- Determining best strategies to manage channels by utilizing both digital channels and strategic partnerships,
- Generate and manage leads by reaching out to potential clients and partners via various channels,
- Evaluate channel performance and manage channel profitability.
