About the Position

HOLY is scaling fast across markets, channels, and product lines — and data quality, speed, and trust have become a core competitive advantage. As our  BI Lead , you will own HOLY’s single source of truth for business data.

You will architect and maintain a reliable, governed analytics foundation across finance, marketing, operations, retail, fulfillment, and inventory. Your work enables executives and teams to steer the business with CM3-level insights and SKU-level performance visibility — and empowers “data champions” across departments to answer questions independently through self-serve and AI-queryable data layers.

The Process
