This is an unlimited, full-time position starting on 01.10.2024.

Your Day-to-Day
- Develop & Drive Partnerships Strategy : Lead our partnerships vision in sync with product and GTM teams, ensuring it aligns with our broader company goals.
- Strategic Partnerships : Identify and prioritize high-impact partnerships that fuel revenue growth.
- Relationship Management : Build and nurture relationships with key partners, driving mutual success.
- Monetization & Negotiations : Lead commercial negotiations and develop scalable monetization strategies.
- Program Management : Build and manage a formal partnership program, backed by clear KPIs.
- Market Research : Stay competitive through ongoing market research and performance analysis.
- Scale the Function : Create a roadmap for growing the partnerships team, including hiring and resource planning.
We are a Good Match if You Have :
- 5+ years in B2B partnerships within SaaS / tech.
- Deep knowledge of SaaS models, partner ecosystems, and tech integrations.
- Strong negotiation skills with experience in monetization strategies.
- Proven track record of managing high-value relationships.
- Strategic thinker who thrives in cross-functional settings.
- Data-driven mindset with experience tracking and optimizing performance.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
- Native-level English proficiency.
Nice-to-Haves :
- Product management experience to influence our roadmap.
- Business-level German to engage with partners in the DACH region.
