We are the product development team behind Oracle APEX, Oracle's premier low-code development platform, used by customers across the globe by virtually every industry. Our mission is to empower developers to easily build compelling with superior functionality, performance, and user experience. We also use APEX to develop several strategic projects with very high visibility inside and outside Oracle.

Our team is laser-focused on building APEX apps that bring tasteful design and exceptional user experience to the enterprise. We like to pay attention to the small details that delight our users and make a big difference.

Who you are

You have a complete understanding of Oracle APEX and how to navigate across the App Builder, Page Designer, and more.
You have an appreciation for data-first development and have a solid background in SQL and PL / SQL. Alternatively you have a strong background of client-side UI development using JS / CSS.
You have a good understanding of many of the common APEX APIs, how they work, and when to use them.
You know the limitations of APEX and when it is appropriate to build third-party plug-ins or custom code, and when to stick within the platform.
You are a self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment.
You enjoy contributing to multiple projects simultaneously and can shift focus fast.
You can work efficiently with minimal supervision.
You have a bias for action and an itch to improve existing processes.
You have a knack for building tools to simplify developer lives.
You enjoy tinkering and building tooling to improve everyday tasks.
You appreciate the back of the fence as much as the front.
You have exceptional spoken and written communication skills.
You would rather hop on a 5-minute zoom than go back and forth in slack.
You have proven and relevant APEX development experience.

You have the APEX shortcut URLs memorized so you can quickly jump to the API or doc when necessary!
