Job description

We've been retained to lead the search for a corporate / mergers and acquisitions attorney with first class experience of advising on private equity funds or strategic buyers on private M&A deals that would be interested in moving into broking warranty and indemnity insurance - the product protects buyer and seller interest within the event of an M&A transaction. You will have a solid corporate / M&A legal foundation from a recognized law firm and be comfortable around traditional mergers and acquisitions risks.
