Tasks
We are looking for an experienced bioinformatician or computational biologist with a strong track record in NGS analysis. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and analysing NGS data (e.g. RNA-Seq, WES and WGS) generated from tumour samples.
Requirements
Excellent programming skills in R and Python, demonstrated previous expertise in NGS analysis, as well as a strong background in human molecular genetics are essential. Knowledge of statistics, high-dimensional data analysis, and cancer genomics would be an advantage.
The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in precision oncology and a commitment to developing novel skills. The candidate should demonstrate strong motivation, a collaborative team spirit, and excellent communication skills.
You will join a dedicated team of bioinformaticians, molecular biologists and software engineers who develop innovative diagnostic solutions for oncology, such as the Alacris' Comprehensive Molecular Tumor Analysis (CMTA).
