Our development and support team in Germany, Hungary and in the future India (ca. 100 colleagues) is looking for a new leader who will complete their DevOps journey.
As Head of NetLine Scheduling Products (m / f / diverse) you are responsible for :
- Developing and implementing qualification and development plans for team members
- Coaching the team to adapt agile principles and best practices in product development and operations
- Development, delivery and support of Scheduling & Optimization products such as NetLine Plan, HubControl, Sched, Slot & SchedConnect
- Planning, monitoring and reporting of the budget for the area of responsibility
- Establishing and continuously developing the organization & processes
- Ensuring that metrics are defined, continuously measured and improvement measures are initiated
- Planning team capacity for product development and maintenance activities to meet the desired service levels and quality requirements defined with the functional & technical stakeholders
- Supporting cross-divisional & cross-location cooperation

You have a completed degree and professional experience in customer support or software development. You are distinguished by your excellent social & intercultural competence, strong leadership and problem-solving skills, strong teamwork skills and customer orientation and bring follow skills :
5+ years of experience disciplinary leading large software development teams (25-50 members) and / or customer support organizationsProven experience as a project manager (m / f / diverse), preferably in software implementation projectsStrong leadership with a willingness to take on responsibility and ability to develop decision-ready proposals, considering corporate and economic principlesExpertise in modern agile software development methodologies and organizational practicesExcellent communication and negotiation skillsFluent English (C1 or above) and conversational German (B2 or above)Willingness to travel and work at domestic and international locations
