For our Digitalization we are looking for a Data & AI Manager (m / f / d)at our location in Ulm. We are seeking an experienced Data & AI Manager (m / f / d) to lead a team of 1525 professionals in the areas of Data Engineering Artificial Intelligence and Project Management. As the manager you will be responsible for driving the success of our data and AI initiatives ensuring efficient project delivery and providing leadership to the team.

Your responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of 1525 professionals including Data Engineers AI Specialistsand Project Managers
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive data engineering and AI strategy aligned with organizational goals
  • Oversee the planning and delivery of data engineering and AI projects
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define data requirements and governance policies
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders
  • Present project updates and recommendations to senior management

Your qualifications

  • Master of Science or PhD in Mathematics Computer Science or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in data engineering AIor related roles
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing highperforming teams
  • Indepth knowledge of data engineering principles and AI technologies
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Business acumen and the ability to align data and AI initiatives with organizational goals
