About your tasks :

  • You continuously monitor KPIs across all our digital platforms (webshops apps) and leverage serverside tracking to ensure robust data quality
  • You define implement and refine analytics frameworks in collaboration with product teams and  marketing stakeholders managing the endtoend tracking setup in Google Tag Manager (including serverside tagging)
  • You collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop custom dashboards and reports (Econda Analytics Looker Studio) ensuring datadriven insights are accessible and actionable
  • You plan integrate and maintain MarTech tools while identifying opportunities to enhance crossdevice crosschannel and customer journey performance
  • You conduct training sessions and workshops to enable other departments to confidently work with complex datasets and analytics tools

Qualifications : About you :

  • You have proven experience in digital analytics and comprehensive knowledge of analytics platforms (e.g. GA4 Econda) including serverside tracking
  • You are proficient in JavaScript for advanced tagging; SQL and / or Python skills are a plus for complex data manipulation.
  • You possess the ability to translate complex data into clear actionable insights for diverse stakeholders
  • You are familiar with privacy regulations (cookie policies GDPR DSGVO) and their implications for analytics strategies
  • You are willing and able to meet with your team colleagues in our Cologne office at least once a week
