We’re looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Area Sales Manager (m / w / d) to drive regional sales growth in the Rhine-Ruhr metropolitan region and strengthen relationships with key partners in the heating and water solutions industry.
This is a great opportunity for a commercially minded professional with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering value through technical solutions. You’ll work closely with wholesale distributors, installers, and internal teams to support projects and build brand presence across the region. With a focus on collaboration, long-term relationship management, and localized sales strategy, you'll play a vital role in expanding Resideo’s footprint in the German market.
As a key face of Resideo in the field, your work will directly impact revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and market penetration.
JOB DUTIES :
- Manage and grow relationships with wholesale partners and key installer accounts.
- Actively pursue new business opportunities and support major projects in the region.
- Represent Resideo at trade shows, local events, and customer training sessions.
- Deliver product presentations and technical workshops for distributors and end-users.
- Support regional sales campaigns and marketing initiatives in alignment with national strategy.
- Drive demand generation through Point-of-Sale (POS) initiatives and localized promotions.
- Maintain accurate customer and opportunity data using our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams on inventory planning, customer support, and performance tracking.
YOU MUST HAVE :
Sales experience in a technical or B2B environmentExcellent communication and relationship-building skills.A confident, customer-oriented approach and ability to work independently.Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM familiarity is a plus.Fluent German (spoken and written); English skills are an advantage.A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned region.WE VALUE :
