Lead Architect - OpenText ECM Solutions

YOUR IMPACT

As part of our Professional Services unit, you will support our enterprise customers from regulated sectors such as Energy by deploying our engineering and asset information management software solutions, e.g. OpenText xECM for Engineering. You will design the configuration and integration into the infrastructure of our customers. With a lot of personal responsibility and deep technical understanding, you will lead our customer deployment projects.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

• As a Lead Architect - OpenText ECM solutions you will be leading the deployment of OpenText ECM products at our customers by designing, installing, configuring, integrating them into the customer's IT landscape, based on premise and on cloud; The aim of your deployment activities is to plan, optimize and implement complex system landscapes or to roll them out through the deployment stages
• Submitting product feature requests to the Product Management and R&D department based on customer feedback and industry trends
• Supporting presales activities, e.g. by to setting up project management systems (WBS) and business agreements (SOW)
• Optimizing and standardizing the Knowledge Management for a distributed team across Germany, UK, Netherlands and Malaysia (FasTrak)
