Senior Consultant Data Analytics SAP S / 4HANA (f / m / d)

Our dynamic international Data & Analytics team within the Global Information Services department is seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant in the field of Data & Analytics to join us. As an expert in S / 4HANA analytics, SAP BW / 4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, and other SAP data & analytics products you will play a crucial role in driving the SAP analytics environment within the transformation program for our upcoming SAP S / 4HANA implementation.

The ideal candidate should have gathered strong experience during a S / 4HANA transformation with a focus on analytics, excellent communication, and collaboration skills to liaise with business stakeholders and project teams.

What you can expect :

You will ensure the success of data & analytics during the SAP S / 4HANA transformation, fostering the reporting and planning strategy for existing and future applications.
You will design, develop, and implement SAP data analytics solutions and visualizations using tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere or BW / 4HANA.
You will apply best practices in SAP data modelling, data flow, ETL processes and data strategies for new and existing data.
You will collaborate with business stakeholders and project teams to understand processes and requirements and recommend data & analytics solutions that best fit their needs.
You will analyze data trends, develop key insights, and translate data into actionable recommendations for business operations stakeholders.
Providing expertise during the S / 4HANA transformation and mentor team members will be part of your role.

Who we are looking for :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field with a focus on business information technology

Solid knowledge of ETL processes, data flow, data aggregation and data modelling – preferably in SAP. Familiarity with additional data analytics, visualization, and ETL tools is advantageous

Minimum of 5 years of experience as an SAP Data and Analytics Consultant or similar role. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or comparable industries is a plus.

Experience as part of the team of an SAP S / 4HANA transformation is an asset

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of turning complex business issues into actionable solutions

Team-oriented, with a track record of successful collaboration in global, cross-functional environments

Entrepreneurial mindset, complemented by excellent project management and organizational skills.

Fluent in English
