We are looking for ahighly motivated (Junior) International Business DevelopmentManager (m / f / d) Key Responsibilities : Take end-to-end ownership ofsignificant international business development projects, includingexploring new business opportunities, entering new markets,conducting market reviews, and forming strategic partnerships.Analyze business development activities and outcomes to identifyareas for improvement and future opportunities. Develop andimplement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets ininternational markets. Manage project assignments independently invarious countries across Europe. Build and maintain strongrelationships with key internal and external stakeholders, such ascountry managers, key account managers, and brand managers.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful projectexecution. Ensuring alignment with the company's overall strategicgoals. Requirements : Degree in sales, business development or otherrelated fields. Initial professional international experience inthe FMCG or pharma sector, preferably in business development orsales. Fluent in English, German is a plus. High flexibility andwillingness to travel frequently to various international locationsto meet with partners, stakeholders, and team members, adapting todifferent cultural and business environments. Strong networkingskills and the ability to build and maintain professionalrelationships. Ideally, an affinity for AI tools and its possibleapplications. Benefits : Attractive workplace design.
