Your tasks
Supervision of technical projects from the initial idea through to commissioning at the customer's premises in product development and special machine constructionLaying the planning foundations for the developersProject support and coordination with the customer or with production in all mattersLogging development progress in the development departmentResponsibility for costs, deadlines, quality and project performanceCoordination and management of the project teamCollaboration in controlling and optimizing the PMO and PPMYour profile
Successfully completed studies in the field of electrical engineering, automation technology, mechanical engineering, physics, computer science or comparable trainingMany years of professional experience as a project manager in a technical environment, ideally in the solar industryExperience in portfolio or higher-level resource managementFurther training as a project manager (GPM), at least level C or comparable, an advantageGood written and spoken English and good German language skillsSense of responsibility and a good mix of hands-on mentality and methodological strengthWillingness to travel 10-20% of the time
