Your tasks

  • Supervision of technical projects from the initial idea through to commissioning at the customer's premises in product development and special machine construction
  • Laying the planning foundations for the developers
  • Project support and coordination with the customer or with production in all matters
  • Logging development progress in the development department
  • Responsibility for costs, deadlines, quality and project performance
  • Coordination and management of the project team
  • Collaboration in controlling and optimizing the PMO and PPM
  • Your profile

  • Successfully completed studies in the field of electrical engineering, automation technology, mechanical engineering, physics, computer science or comparable training
  • Many years of professional experience as a project manager in a technical environment, ideally in the solar industry
  • Experience in portfolio or higher-level resource management
  • Further training as a project manager (GPM), at least level C or comparable, an advantage
  • Good written and spoken English and good German language skills
  • Sense of responsibility and a good mix of hands-on mentality and methodological strength
  • Willingness to travel 10-20% of the time
