To further strengthen the sales team in Italy, we are looking for a Sales Engineer (m / f / d) to join as soon as possible. Tasks Drive sales of high-precision measurement and testing systems to customers in Italy. Identify new business opportunities and build long-term customer relationships – from initial contact to deal closure. Manage the entire sales process independently , from prospecting to contract negotiation and successful completion. Analyse market potential and implement targeted sales strategies to expand business opportunities. Requirements Strong background in electrical engineering or a related field, ideally with additional qualifications (e.g., Master Craftsman, Technician, or Bachelor’s degree). 3–5 years of experience in a technical or sales-related position, ideally in an international setting. Proficiency in customer consulting, proposal preparation, and CRM systems , along with MS Office skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills , combined with a strong customer focus and service mindset. Fluent in Italian and English (C1 level); German is a plus but not required.
